Description
The Trafimet ERGOFRESH 500W is a specialized, water-cooled MIG torch designed to capture up to 94% of airborne welding fumes directly at the source. Built to meet strict ISO 21904 safety standards, it combines heavy-duty fume extraction with a high-capacity liquid cooling system to handle higher amperages over continuous welding sessions. Equipped with a standard Euro connector, it effortlessly clears away dangerous particles before they can ever reach the operator’s breathing zone without sacrificing torch performance.
Key Technical Features
Every standard sales package includes a compact, one-click detachable pistol grip. Independent EMG measurements by Myontec prove that using this handle completely alters the shoulder and elbow position, slashing muscle workload by 25% to 64% depending on your welding angle. It clips on and off instantly with no tools required and easily fits inside a pocket.
Welding in tight spaces no longer means sacrificing weld quality. The ERGOFRESH handle features a built-in bypass lid located right under the welder’s thumb.
