HOW OUR WELDER TRAINING COURSES WORK
Unlike other training providers or colleges, we tailor our courses to meet the needs of your company. Some of our sessions involve group training, while others are one-to-one. One day we may be training someone who is entirely new to welding, and the next we could be training a welder with 30 years’ experience who requires upskilling.
Our sessions invariably begin with a theory module known as Job Knowledge, during which we cover;
We then move into the workshop for hands-on training, focusing on how to weld or improve existing welding techniques. This structure is flexible; we often work collaboratively with businesses and trainees to plan sessions that address their specific challenges and needs.
We offer adaptable training services to meet the needs of our clients, conducting this both on-site at customer premises (nationally and internationally) and at our own, fully equipped facilities in Northamptonshire. This approach allows us to deliver efficient, reliable support wherever it’s needed, regardless of location.
